| American Gaming, MGM, the Casino Association of New Jersey and Jacobs Entertainment. Mr. Stone remains extremely active in the representation of clients in the casino gaming arena. In 2000, Mr. Stone was recruited by Former Secretary of State, James A. Baker III, to coordinate the Bush/Cheney recount in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Stone subsequently served on the Bush/Cheney Presidential Transition Committee. Mr. Stone was selected by Esquire magazine as on of the 100 best-dressed men in America and has been profiled by Gentlemen’s Quarterly, and The New York Times Magazine for his extensive self-styled wardrobe and his views on Men’s fashion. Mr. Stone is married to the former Nydia Bertran, a noted fashion photographer. They have two children and five grandchildren. They reside in New York City and Miami Beach, Florida. Mr. Stone is Senior Partner and Director of Public and Governmental Affairs for Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler Consulting Group, assisting Corporations, Governments, Trade Associations and others with a myriad of issues including political, regulatory, and public relations matters at the Federal, State and Local levels. |

Earlier, he served in then Governor Reagan’s 1976 campaign. In 1988, Mr. Stone served as Senior Consultant to the Bush-Quayle Committee with responsibility for California, which Mr. Bush carried by 1% of the vote. |
