Biography: Mr. Birken is Chairman of the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. His practice concentrates in the areas of Labor & Employment Law and Intellectual Property. Mr. Birken has successfully obtained relief for plaintiffs and defendants in Civil Rights and Employment Practices cases, as well as Intellectual Property cases, in the United States District Courts, District Court of Appeals, and in the Florida Circuit and County Courts.
