Biography:Mr. Berger is a former Circuit Judge.  He presided over cases in the Civil, Criminal and Family Divisions of the Circuit Court in Palm Beach County. In 2006 he served as Administrative Judge of the South County Courthouse. He was invited to and served as Associate Judge on the Fourth District Court of Appeal.  In 2007, he was appointed by Chief Justice Fred Lewis to the Florida Supreme Court’s Judicial Evaluations Commission.  In 2006 he received the Distinguished Jurist Award from the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.  

Before becoming Judge, Mr. Berger practiced law for twenty-seven years representing clients in cases involving complex civil litigation, employment, antitrust, securities, constitutional, probate, real estate, corporate and partnership disputes, personal injury and professional negligence claims including accounting, legal and, engineering in state and federal courts. He was a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a Mediator approved by the EEOC.
